Great Questions open up the domain of inquiry and lead us into the domain of discovery. They establish a kind of energetic or gravitational field around getting the answers and the necessary information, resources, or, the specific guidance that you need. This energetic field is not a metaphor. It’s Physics.

What Question Formation Is
Question Formation is a discipline and practice developed and named by Kim Greenhouse. It is the primary practice within a larger framework she calls Bioenergetic Problem Solving, a Whole-Systems Approach to Problem Solving. It’s a missing link in most attempts to solve large problems. The ability to become skilled in developing questions that move us and those we are working with into a solution is critical amid the many changes happening to markets, infrastructure, weather and climate, and just about every field and industrial domain around the world. The faster we become skilled in this area, the more flexible we will be with the vast changes happening in our lives. The better our relationships will be. The more capable we will become, no matter how smart and competent we consider ourselves.
It is the one practice that has not yet been identified and taught, until now.
How This Training Is Organized
This event is a Circle: a small, live group of up to 6 people, with Kim, on Zoom. It runs two hours. Kim teaches both the method and the paradigm underpinning it, and the Circle then works live on a real world problem together. You will see for yourself what a well-formed question can do. This is an important practice for solving problems, not only in everyday life, but also in shaping the future. Every question teaches you and everyone in the Circle something.

You will leave with a new way of seeing problems, a clearer perception and real-world glimpse of what a well-formed question is capable of bringing forth, and a practice you can use again and again by yourself and with others.
